At Multicultural Adult Day Care & Services LLC, we provide supportive services that promote independence, social engagement, and well-being for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

• Light Exercise & Wellness Activities – Gentle physical activities that encourage mobility and overall health.
• Community Outings – Trips to local attractions such as the Oregon Zoo, OMSI, parks, and community events.
• Transportation Services – Safe pick-up and drop-off between participants’ homes and our center, plus transportation for outings.
• Personal Assistance & Supervision – Support with daily needs and participant safety during program hours.
• Multicultural & Language Support – Services for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including non-English speakers.
• Meals & Snacks – Nutritious meals and refreshments provided during the day.

We provide safe and reliable transportation for participants to and from their homes and our center, ensuring they can attend the program comfortably and consistently. Our team coordinates pick-up and drop-off services and assists participants as needed to make travel easy and safe.
Transportation is also available for community outings and recreational activities, helping participants stay active and connected with the community while enjoying experiences outside the center.
